Users are looking for an easy way to be more mindful and meditate in ways that work for them. Depending on the user, this can mean using guided meditations, doing unguided meditations, or a mix of both. Users may also want to track their progress as a way to see how far they’ve come and as motivating to maintain their practice. People that are new to meditation may want to learn about the history of it and how other incorporate it into their lives.

The primary complaint with Mindfulness Bell is the frequency of crashing. Users have found that the app is incompatible with IOS 15 and will launch but cannot start a session. Users also complain that the app does not ring throughout the day as it advertises. If the feature does work, it requires having the sound on for all notifications which is inconvenient and very distracting.
